Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to pay you after you uncover any unclaimed assets/property?

Yes. You will only owe a small percentage of what is found and claimed. If you are not able to claim anything then  you will not owe anything.

Can I do this on my own?

Yes, you can. If you can discover the funds on your own, cover any applicable attorney and court costs, notary fees, and complete the required government paperwork, in a timely matter – before the deadline.

How much will I get after the TUAAPD fee?

YOU will obtain 70- 75% of the funds recovered – this is after typical costs --notary, attorney,  and any government required documentation fees.

How long does it take to get my check?

The time period varies; however, the average is 2 – 3 months, rare cases up to 1 year. We often use an  attorney to alleviate time constraints, speed the recovery time, or reduce government bureaucracy.

What if the money is owed between multiple people?

Separate checks will be mailed to each person individually, as in the  case of ex-spouses, children of the deceased, or other heirs.

Do I need to give you my social security number?

No

Is there a waiting list to get started, I need money right away?

Simply call today; however, we cannot guarantee WHEN the money will be released, some government agencies are slow. In most  cases, it will not come right away, but you have our promise to work quickly and efficiently on your behalf, to get your unclaimed assets/property as soon as possible for YOU.
